What I JUST did to a huge group of The Flood

Okay.

I played Halo 2, and for ten minutes did my normal Flood routine.

Then, that lumpy carrier form waddled out into the fray of plasma and blood.

I somehow managed to RICOCHET a plasma round. It hit the carrier, it blew up, killed to infections and a combat, and another combat form leaped down to greet my sudden blast of plasma. the combat form moved just in time, and another carrier form met the light blue plasma and exploded. The explosion rattled a plasma 'nade, which I caught, and hurled at the combat form as he swung is deformed arm. I jumped away, but the combat form actually lunged BACKWARD into the fray of other forms. I then proceeded, wishing I had a video camera, so I could upload to fails of the week.

Battle Rifle/DMR

Gone are the days when you could punch an Elite, run around behind down three Grunts with nine shots, and turn and put another three shots into the Elites back... With a Battle Rifle.

Now it is Bash, strafe, down one Grunt before the Elite will turn and put an Energy Sword up Noble Six's ass.

Halo Reach, is, with respect,the empty husk of the first three Halo games.
No Battle Rifle, but the rifle that closed Halo 3-The Designated Marksman Rifle

Not to mention runnin' and gunnin' as combat forms Flood out after you in a quest to infect the human race.

I want you ALL, to comment, whether or not the BR is superior to the DMR.

Also, whether you enjoyed, or did not, enjoy the lack of Flood in Reach. This is to ALL of you....... 

Comment BR/DMR for the superior rifle.

Comment Flood/ No Flood if you miss the Flood.

I did something fun af ew minutes ago. On Halo 2, I played legendary, with legecy southpaw controler layout.

If you are a true Spartan like me, you will succeed and get to Delta Halo.
